The solution behind every operation
Pick your industry and explore a live operation in the console below, then see how the same solution grows from a single building to a state-wide emergency.
From one building to an entire state
The same solution runs a single building fire or local event, a stadium, a smart city or a state-wide emergency. Add agencies, map layers and people as the operation grows, without switching systems.

From flood watch to stand-down, coordinate emergency services, council crews, police and welfare agencies in one shared log and map, built for how an emergency operations centre actually runs - whether that means AIIMS in Australia, JESIP and gold/silver/bronze command in the UK, or your own national system.
Everything comes together in CommandPost®
CommandPost® sits at the front of your control room, as the one place where information comes together. Connect the systems you already run, switch on established feeds from government and emergency agencies, and issue API keys to connect your own, so their events and data arrive in the operation alongside everything else your team is working on.
Your existing systems
Business, reporting and building systems connect through the CommandPost® API. Their events arrive in the operation as log entries, and the operation's information is available to the tools you report from.
- Building sensors, alarm panels and building management systems that can send an HTTPS request can raise a log entry, with its location, priority and classification.
- Business systems and partner applications can create log entries and add remarks to existing ones.
- Reporting, records and analytics tools can read operations and their log entries through the API.
- CCTV cameras can be brought into dashboards and the incident log, and RSS feeds followed alongside your logs.
Government and agency feeds
CommandPost® brings established connections with authoritative sources, including emergency services, transport networks and weather authorities, ready to switch on. Available in supported regions.
- Warnings and incidents from state emergency services.
- Road incidents, closures and roadworks from transport networks.
- Weather observations and forecasts from national weather authorities on dashboards, plus lightning strike alerts around the operation.
- Each operation switches on only the feeds it needs.
API keys for agencies
CommandPost® enables API access for your agency, and your administrators then issue and manage keys themselves in the Agency Console, so your own systems and trusted partners can connect to the operations you choose.
- Each key reaches only the operations it is granted. Keys can read by default, and write access is added only where it is needed.
- Live keys are tied to an IP allowlist or a recorded reason, expire on a set date, and can be rotated or revoked at any time.
- Test keys see only training operations, so a connection can be built and tested without touching live data.
- Usage and audit history for every key, plus an API reference and a downloadable OpenAPI specification for your administrators.
Your data, governed by your jurisdiction
CommandPost® runs in dedicated regional environments, so your data is stored and processed in the region you choose, and the solution is designed to support the laws of that jurisdiction, including the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR where they apply.
