Request deletion of your CommandPost® account
Use this form to ask us to delete your CommandPost® account. It applies to the account you use in the iOS app, the Android app and on the web.
What we delete
Your account, your sign-in details, your profile, your phone numbers, your multi-factor authentication methods and your preferences. Your account is deleted once we have verified and processed your request, and you will no longer be able to sign in.
What we keep
Records you created or appear in as part of an operation are not removed. This includes incident logs, messages, tasks, attachments and audit trails.
These records belong to the agency that ran the operation, and public-safety, records-management and evidence laws require them to be kept. Your name stays on those records as part of the official record, but your account no longer exists.
This follows the exceptions to erasure in the GDPR (Article 17(3)(b) and (e)) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APP 11.2).
How it works
- Submit the form below with the email address on your account.
- We email that address to confirm the request came from you.
- Once confirmed, we process your request within 30 days.
- Signed in to the CommandPost® web app? You can also delete your account straight away under Account Security.
