Statement of Work

Salesforce World Tour utilised CommandPost®, across multiple years, to maintain a real-time monitor of programming matters during event operation. The solution was made available within the Event Operations Centre (EOC), which displayed a real-time feed to relevant stakeholders.

CommandPost® solution was used by personnel to quickly escalate via the desktop interface and to ensure that all stakeholders were able to maintain real-time situational awareness of programming and event related matters.

Through the use of CommandPost®, event teams maintained a comprehensive understanding of venue activities, production changes/delays, and enabled a real-time record of issues, ensuring the safety of the public, patrons and personnel – and a record for continual improvement and learnings for future year’s planning.
