Statement of Works

Australian MotoGP™ Grand Prix utilised CommandPost®, across multiple control rooms, to maintain a real-time understanding of event activity, enable stakeholders to quickly interface and to manage key matters.

The solution was made available within the Event Operations Centre (EOC), Security Operations Centre (SOC), Emergency Coordination Centre (ECC), Traffic & Transport Control Centre (TTCC) and Customer Unit (CU).

CommandPost® was used across both the desktop and mobile interfaces to quickly escalate issues, assign/task jobs to in-field resources and enabled supervisors to maintain real-time situational understanding of activity, trends and the progress of outstanding issues.

Through the use of CommandPost®, stakeholders maintained a comprehensive understanding of activity and were able to take proactive measures to ensure he safety of the public, patrons and personnel.
